Also known as Dragonwell, this pan-fired artisan tea is for many the most famous green tea.  Hand-picked at the start of Spring (20th March) this highly aromatic tea is noted for its pale emerald colour, attractive flat leaf and slightly sweet hazelnut-like taste.   Its creamy mouthfeel and spring freshness is unique.  Grown in the mountainous West Lake district of Hangshou, Zhejiang province, this is a seriously good tea.
