Enjoy the health benefits of drinking white tea in this delicious raw fruit & veg smoothie.  The light subtle nutty flavours of Pai Mu Tan blend well with the sweetness of mint and banana.  Cos lettuce adds a fresh crispness.  This smoothie recipe makes enough for two servings.  Just place the ingredients into your blender and blitz them until smooth.
