TeaHarvest’s website and all of its content, including, but not limited to, its software or HTML code, scripts, text, artwork, photographs, images, video, and audio are the intellectual property of TeaHarvest. All content is provided by TeaHarvest as a service to its current and prospective customers and may be used for personal information and product ordering purposes and non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, post, modify, create derivative works from, sell, license or otherwise exploit this site or any of its content without our prior written permission. You may not use this website, or any of its content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own website. Any unauthorized copying, alteration, distribution, transmission, performance, display, or other use of these materials is prohibited.

Reproduction or misuse of any trademarks and logos on TeaHarvest’s website is strictly prohibited and remain the intellectual property of TeaHarvest and its affiliated suppliers. TeaHarvest and its affiliated suppliers retain all rights regarding their trademarks, trade names, brand names and trade dress. These marks, names or trade dress, and all associated logos or images, are registered and/or common law trademarks and are protected by local and international laws and treaties. No license to the use of such marks, names or trade dress is granted to you under these terms and conditions or by your use of TeaHarvest’s website. Your misuse of the trademarks displayed on Teaharvest’s website is strictly prohibited.

Your rights
As a customer of TeaHarvest you have the right to expect that:
1. any products you order through TeaHarvest will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this site;
2. certain remedies will be followed if a product is agreed to be defective or faulty;
3. you have the right to a full refund if a defective product is unable to be replaced.


Whilst every attempt is made to obtain the best quality ingredients for our products, there are seasonal variations and changes with suppliers due to availability and the products may vary over time.  We cannot promise that the products will always be the same as a previous batch, but due care is taken in an attempt to provide products of high quality and as consistent as reasonably possible.

If a product is ordered and paid for but is unavailable, TeaHarvest will contact you and discuss whether you would like a substitute product sent, a refund or alternatively, wait until the ordered product becomes available.  TeaHarvest makes every attempt to have products available that are shown on the website, but at times stock may become unavailable without notification.

Tea Returns

If you believe you have a reasonable complaint please contact us immediately to report the matter, quoting your invoice number.  Our policy requires you to return the tea in its original packaging, for examination and testing.  If the tea is found to be unsatisfactory as claimed, the tea will be replaced, at no cost to the customer, or a refund will be given.

Pricing Policy
Prices are displayed on TeaHarvest’s website in Australian Dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) where GST applies.  All teas, herbal infusions and fruit blends are GST free.  Accessories for making tea and freight charges include GST.

We accept Paypal payments as well as Direst Bank Transfers.
